Safely Circuitry
The machine incorporates the following safety circuitry
If the V-belt is not on the motor pulley
If the sewing machine is driven with its V-belt off, the safety circuitry is actuated in about 2 seconds to stop the whole operation. If this happens, turn the power OFF, properly mount the V-belt before turning the power ON again. This safely circuitry is also actuated when the sewing machine has been subjected to any abnormal load.
If a needle position detector has failed
Failure of the upper or lower needle stop position detecting function is automatically directed by the safety circuitry. Then, the machine actuates as one with a clutch motor, and it is possible for the motor to be used in this state until it is repaired
